For starters, I'm giving up correspondence I think. It's just a waste of time.
Secondly, I scored 1/3 at London. Jane drove me up and we had a good time, but I took a bye in the last round because I was exhausted! We got up at like 6am to go to London. I won my first game against an expert (second expert scalp) then went down without a fight v. an 1850 and a 1720. I'll put in the games with annotations (except the third one) once I finish them. The tournament proved one thing...CT ART works! The expert walked into a position where I could tactically abuse him. The second game, I played d4 (giving up e4) way too early in the Bird...and the third game...well you'll see that one. Anyways, I'm off to analyze.
